Operations News and Volunteer Opportunities
Coach Marr continues to keep himself busy making improvements to our facilities and course, selling off what is no longer useful to IRC, and preparing for the regatta season ahead. As you can see in his report below, he's gotten a lot done over the winter. He could use some volunteers to string buoys and a few other projects if you wouldn't mind taking a look at the list below and seeing where you might be able to help. He's also included the dates volunteers are needs for our upcoming regatta hosting responsibilities this Spring so everyone can mark their calendars and be ready to pitch-in.
Private Boat Racks:
If you have private equipment at the boathouse, please pay for your space in 2026.
Follow this link: https://icrew.club/orgstore
Click: Private Boat Rack
There you are able to pay for your rack space as well as see a link for a list of current private rack holders, a current map of boat rack assignments and the terms and conditions of renting a rack. If you are interested in renting a rack, this is the same location where you can find a link to the Private Rack waitlist, as well as see the current private rack waitlist. Our goal is to have this process be quick, easy, and transparent. Once you have paid for your rack, Coach Marr will place a 2026 Name tag on your rack to indicate payment. Rack fees are due 3/10/2026
