The Indianapolis Rowing U23 Indy High Performance offering is for high school, collegiate, open and masters AA rowers.  Rowing will be weekdays from 7-9am and 6-8pm.  The focus will be a balance of technical rowing in small boats: singles, doubles, pairs, and fours and fitness and conditioning.  Rowers will do two erg sessions a week followed by technical rowing on the water and will be given additional conditioning workouts to be done independently. Our goal is to make sure that collegiate athletes return to campus in the fall with PR times on the 2k and 6k tests.

U23 Indy High Performance participants are welcome to use the boathouse facilities for training outside coached practice times during the program period from June 4th to August 4th.

Competition entries will be dependent upon participation and will be extra cost. We will consider going to the following regattas:

    Chicago, IL: July 7th - 8th

    Nashport, OH: August 4th
