  The Intro to Indoor Rowing Class is an opportunity to learn about rowing and the proper technique used on the indoor rowing machine.  No rowing experience necessary, we will teach you!  If you are interested in learning how to row on the indoor machine while getting in a great total body, low impact workout, this is the class for you!

  Classes run on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15-7:45pm.  They are held at the address above.
